Terms & Conditions


It is recommended that you view these terms and conditions prior to purchasing any services.

Disclaimer

•    Professional & High quality photos, HEX codes, A clear vision for your brand is required. If you do not know/have any of this, your order will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

•    Freestyling is not an option. I don't freestyle on any project whatsoever. Please refrain from booking if you want me to make something "fun". I don't understand those words at all. Be clear and precise so we can both be happy the first time around for your project.

Payments + Pricing
•    Client agrees to pay Digital Affairs co 100% of the total project cost before any services are provided.
•    All payments are submitted through www.digitalaffairsco.com ONLY!


Project Process
•    After purchasing branding services, you will receive an email from INFO@DIGITALAFFAIRCO.COM with a questionnaire .

That does not include the DIY project! The DIY Projects are received Immediately.
•    The questionnaire will ask you every question I need to complete your project. This questionnaire will also require a signature after we both review your finished questionnaire.  You will receive a confirmation email from me once I receive your with both our signatures on the questionnaire and will be added to my queue. We will post daily on the projects we're working on for the day.


Project Turnaround Time Frame
•    All projects are to be delivered no later than 2-7 business days (À la Carte Services), 5-10 business days (Branding Packages) after questionnaire is completed in full unless determined by DIGITAL AFFAIRS CO.
•    ALL PROJECT TURNAROUND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING HIGH VOLUME & HOLIDAY SEASONS. 


Refunds + Cancellations
•    DIGITAL AFFAIRS CO does not provide any refunds for any services.
•    All Payments are Non-Refundable!
•    Order will be canceled immediately if the client posts drafts to social media or send drafts to anyone.


Revisions + Drafts
•    All drafts are based on a questionnaire completed by the client and will be sent via a dropbox link through email.
•    DIGITAL AFFAIRS CO has a three free revision limit.
•    If the client is not satisfied after the three revisions, DIGITAL AFFAIRS CO will charge $15 per additional revision.
•    Any drafts are DIGITAL AFFAIR CO property and must not be used or posted in any way. Posting or sharing drafts will result in automatic cancellation without refund.

Client Portal

•    Client portals are for clients to keep up with the process of their project at their leisure. We will show you how to access and use your client portal after your payment is made.

 
Final Files Format
•    All files are transferred via dropbox link sent through email.
•    All logo files are sent through AI, .svg, .eps, .pdf, .png, and .jpg format.

•    All Branding Essentials are sent through .jpeg, .png, .pdf
•    All YouTube Services are sent through .mov format.
•    Please remember all final files must be downloaded/exported from dropbox for great quality. REFRAIN FROM SCREENSHOTTING/SCREEN RECORDING ANY PROJECTS!
•    Once the final project is complete and approved, the design process will come to an end. Please ensure that you are satisfied with everything when you approve the final design.
•    If there is an error on Digital Affairs Co end (spelling, missing info, etc.), Digital Affairs Co will fix it free of charge. However, design changes such as colors, font, etc. after final approval will be subject to a $50 revision fee


Transfer of Rights
•    Once final work is sent, the client has free will to as they please with their product. They must, however, under no circumstances sell the graphics to a third party.


Client Communication/Ghosting Agreement
•    All communication between Digital Affairs Co and Client must be done via Email or Text Message. 
•    All Emails/Messages are responded to within a 48-hour time frame during business hours. However, response times may be extended during peak times.
•    All questionnaires must be completed within 48-72 hours after being sent. If not, Order will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

•    If work purchased and the client “disappears” after 21 days of no show, no call, and no response; you will receive two reminder emails and a courtesy text message to whichever phone number is used during checkout. If Digital Affairs Co still receives no response, your project(s) will be deemed as forfeited and no refund will be provided. If the Client would like to continue after the project has been forfeited, a restart fee of $200 will be charged and project turnaround time restarts completely.  

•    Professionalism and respect are essential on both sides of the business. Digital Affairs Co. strives to treat every client with respect and great professionalism. If at any time client becomes disrespectful and intolerable, Digital Affairs Co has every right to cancel any open project, refunding any payments, and refusing the rights to use any work sent prior.
